HMA is pleased to announce a potentially life saving seminar. Coming up on March 6th, we will be hosting an Active Shooter Defense Seminar. This Seminar will be lead by Richard Swords. Mr. Swords is one of the foremost experts on applying Krav Maga to the unique dangers and challenges or active shooter scenarios. Our goal with this training is to teach you the tactics you need to prepare you and your family for an active shooter event. The practicality of Krav Maga makes it easy to adapt to this devastating type of attack. In this Active Shooter Course, you will effectively Learn:
-Techniques to avoid this type of attack altogether
-Keep distance between you and the attacker
-Help your family get out
-Create tactical barriers
-Be aggressive and learn the principles of Krav Maga
-Act aggressively and eliminate the threat

The Seminar starts at 2 pm and includes 4 hours of training including lectures, drills, hands on combative training and in-depth scenario drills. This will all take place in our state of the art facility with the best self-defense safety equipment available. This seminar is open to Teens and Adults (ages 13 & up).
