Fred Wix

Mr. Wix has been a part of HMA since the early days (when we operated out of Community Church of Hendersonville).  It all started with his son and then he caught the bug and began training and assisting with our classes.  Mr. Wix has a background in Kung Fu, Wrestling and is a certified personal trainer with a real passion for fitness.  He holds a 2nd Degree Black Belt in HMA's Krav Maga program and is a certified LEVEL 3 Instructor with Krav Maga Alliance.  Mr. Wix is a proud husband and father of two.  HMA is privileged to have him leading many of our Krav Maga classes.
